Administrative Manager of ISMed’s Palermo Branch Office, responsible for:

1 . Preparation of the P.d.G.P. ,administrative and accounting management of the accounts receivable cycle – creation of projects, recording and issuance of sales invoices or other outgoing documents;

2. the administrative and accounting management of the accounts payable cycle—drafting of resolutions, settlement orders, and invoice payments, inventory management, DURC requests, management of orders, assignments, notices, settlement and payment of remuneration, and settlement and payment of business travel expenses;

3. the reporting of restricted funds, participation in first-level project audits, supporting research staff in the design and submission of projects, managing requests for personnel costs, social security and tax contributions, certifications of VAT payments, and the processing of and F24 tax and social security forms via the dedicated CNR platform.

4. Attendance Management, management of meal vouchers, cost item reversals, additional costs and revenues, transfers, the registry, and the ledger of passive contracts;

The main platforms used are: U-UGOV, Titulus, HR Suite, U-Budget, CINECA, CNR certificates, and specific reporting platforms provided by funding agencies.

Following the signing of the agreement with the CNR, IRIB is responsible for reporting on projects that have already been completed and those currently underway; it also provides support and training to IRIB-CNR administrative staff for reporting on future projects.
