Francesco Salustri

Profile
Francesco Salustri works as a tenure-track assistant professor of Economics at the Department of Economics, University of Roma Tre, and Honorary Lecturer at the Institute of Global Health, University College London. He is also associated with ISMED-CNR since 2024. Prior to this, he held research positions at the University College London, the University of Oxford, the University of Turin, the London School of Economics, and SOAS. He studied mathematics in Rome and economics in Toulouse. In 2018, he obtained a PhD in Economics from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” with a thesis on the behavioural economics of responsible consumption. His research focuses on the behavioural aspects of health economics, environmental economics, and social responsibility. He is the author of more than 30 publications in international academic journals. In addition to his academic activities, he is regularly engaged in collaborations with international organisations, including the World Bank, the Ministry of the Environment, the OECD, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Bloomsbury Policy Lab, and ASviS.
