As part of the activities relating to International Relations, the exchange of researchers is financed and promoted for the carrying out of both common and free theme research programmes, through bilateral agreements for scientific and technological cooperation signed with similar foreign bodies present on all continents, some of which also finance the organisation of bilateral seminars.
