Profile
Margherita Tancredi is a lawyer and adminstrative officer at the Institute for Mediterranean Studies of the National Research Council.
She graduated in Law from the Suor Orsola Benincasa University in Naples.
She has taken part in several high-profile legal training courses in preparation for the notary competition, in the areas of civil law, inheritance law and commercial law, and then collaborated with notary offices in drafting real estate purchase and sale deeds, company deeds (sale of shares, establishment and dissolution of companies, establishment of temporary associations of companies) and mortis causa deeds.
She has been an employee of the Basilicata Regional Agency for Environmental Protection (ARPAB), dealing with the management and valorisation of human resources, the stipulation of contracts, conventions and agreements, as well as the periodic updating on sector regulations for document management and the processing and control of documents of a technical-administrative nature.
Currently, as per service order, at CNR-ISMed she is the contact person for the administrative-accounting management and reporting of ISMed projects, dealing specifically with the collection, study and updating of Project documentation, as well as with the identification of the Disbursement Plan and Reporting.
It also provides support to the scientific referees for the completion of the preparatory activities for the preparation in SIGLA of the Project Master Data, the Profit and Loss Account Plan, and the Income and Expenditure GAE consistent with the project budget.
It takes care of the registration of Budget Variations for greater Revenues/Expenditures, Expenditure Transfers, Transfers between the Coordination Centres and the drafting of the administrative measures of Ascertainment, Remodulations and Variations.
