Profile

Daniele Avitabile is a lawyer and administration officer at the Institute for Studies on the Mediterranean of the National Research Council.

He graduated in law at the University of Naples Federico II, and in business administration at the Giustino Fortunato Telematic University. He has an advanced course in tax procedural law.

He has worked with various corporate and institutional entities both local and international, specializing in issues related to labor, social security and environmental law. He has also been a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars for the associational and institutional positions he has held, and has actively collaborated in the drafting of regional laws pertaining to youth policies and animal protection.

Currently, as per the order of service, at the CNR-ISMed he is in charge of carrying out activities of collaboration and support to the RUP in the context of tender/tender procedures for the acquisition of supplies and services of ISMed; registration of expenditure commitments and drafting of Commitment Measures; liquidation of expenses (registration of passive electronic invoices / generic passive documents); issuance of payment warrants; and updating information in “Institute Management” regarding ISMed’s external collaborators.
