Head and coordinator of the Administrative Secretariat Office: structure responsible for assisting the Management and the Project Managers by carrying out planning, management and economic-financial control activities for research projects and for providing administrative-accounting support to all ISSM personnel also for the performance of the Institute’s ordinary organisational and operating activities.

Administrative Secretary: responsible for the accounting function and the administrative-accounting management of ordinary financing and for specific national and international research projects assigned to the Institute; employee qualified to sign collection and payment orders.

Administrator of the users of the IT accounting program “SIGLA”.
