Oceanographic mission in the Mediterranean on the Gaia Blu ship with CNR-ISMed
The CNR ship “Gaia Blu” left Naples on Saturday 29 June for an oceanographic mission in the Mediterranean in which the Institute for Mediterranean Studies (CNR-ISMed) is participating. The overall objective, as part of the TUNSIC-BANSIC 2024 scientific expedition, is to collect data and information to monitor the presence and reproduction of two marine species that are very present in the Mediterranean and heavily exploited by man: bluefin tuna and anchovies.
