CNR-ISMed celebrates the European Researchers’ Night 2024 as part of the UNIGHT project of the University of Turin and the Politecnico di Torino, to offer participants an immersive experience in the world of research.

What are the expectations of mature workers? Come and visit us and help us understand which factors can improve the reconciliation between the professional and private spheres, also considering the relevant role played by job insecurity with respect to both job retention and possible repositioning. Together we will also explore the dimension of security and financial well-being as key determinants in both work and private choices.

The workshop is part of the dissemination activities of the Project PNRR Age IT – Ageing well in an Ageing Society
