The Women in Logistics Forum returns for its 13^th edition, taking place in Gdańsk, Poland, on May 12-13, 2025. This international conference, themed “To Be Fair,” will be hosted at the Gdańsk Shipyard and will include a scientific session on May 14, 2025.

The conference will host researchers and professionals from all logistics and supply chain sectors to share their ideas, insights, research, and industrial case studies. Selected papers presented at the Forum will be published in the special virtual issue “Full Papers, Women in Logistics Forum 2025, International Conference.” It is possible to submit an abstract on one of the topics listed in Call for Papers file or other related topics.

Important deadlines:

• March 15, 2025: Abstract submission
• March 30, 2025: Notification of acceptance
• April 30, 2025: Full paper submission
• May 14, 2025: Paper presentation at the conference
