The Women in Logistics Forum returns for its 13th edition, taking place in Gdańsk, Poland, on May 12-13, 2025. This international conference, themed "To Be Fair," will be hosted at the Gdańsk Shipyard and will include a scientific session on May 13, 2025.
The 29th ELA Doctorate Workshop of the European Logistics Association (ELA) will take place in Naples, (Italy), from June 18th to 21st, 2025. The workshop is organised by the Institute of Mediterranean Studies (ISMed) in collaboration with the Department of Human Science of the Italian National Research Council (CNR). Universities are invited to nominate one doctoral student with an original and relevant research project in the management of logistics, broadly defined. 20 doctoral students will be selected to participate in the workshop and will present their projects discusses by a panel of distinguished European logistics professors.
The CNR-ISMed is launching a "Call for Chapters" for the 2025 edition of Mediterranean Economies, "The Mediterranean between Economy and Geopolitics: Global Challenges and New Balances" edited by Salvatore Capasso and Giovanni Canitano. Applications are now open for the second edition of the "CNR Prize for Citizen Science: Guglielmo Marconi Library", the initiative that aims to enhance and support public engagement initiatives involving citizens and scientists in collaborative research activities.
