In today’s world, marked by an ageing population, longer careers and changing family and work patterns, developing analyses and designing interventions to make it active, sustainable and healthy plays a crucial role in public and corporate policy. The proposed activity aims to use quizzes and puzzles to promote public awareness of the opportunities and risks of the labour market, the conditions that promote job security and work-life balance for older workers, and the role of support services for those who care for older people with chronic illnesses or disabilities. The activity is part of the PNRR Age-It project “Ageing Well in an Ageing Society” and the research activities carried out by the CNR ISMed, IRPPS and IRCrES institutes.
