Luca Vota, researcher at the Institute for Studies on the Mediterranean of the National Research Council (CNR-ISMed), has been awarded the “Best Editor Award 2025” for his editorial contributions to the international scientific journals: 

• Far East Journal of Applied Mathematics
• Advances and Applications in Statistics

The award was jointly conferred to Professor Rosa Ferrentino of the University of Salerno, in recognition of their excellent contribution to the journals, edited by Pushpa Publishing House. Both journals are listed in the ANVUR official rankings for Area 13 (Economics and Statistics), underscoring their significance within the national scientific community.
