Sala De Rosa
Via Card. Guglielmo Sanfelice 8

On 14 and 15 October 2025, the Second Meeting of the European CreaTech Project Consortium will be held in Naples, at the Sala De Rosa of the National Research Council (CNR-ISMed in Via G. Sanfelice 8, 7th floor).

The meeting in Naples represents an important opportunity to consolidate collaboration between partners, share experiences and plan the next steps in order to maximise the project’s impact on innovation and entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative industries at European level.

Organised by the Department of Human and Social Sciences, Cultural Heritage of the CNR (CNR-DSU), in collaboration with the Institute of Cultural Heritage Sciences (CNR-ISPC) and the Institute of Mediterranean Studies (CNR-ISMed), the meeting will bring together the project partners to review the results achieved so far and define priorities for the next stages.

CreaTech aims to create a distributed ecosystem for innovation, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in cultural and creative industries (CCIs) across Europe. Rooted in higher education institutions (HEIs), the project aims to connect students, graduates, researchers and industry professionals with leaders in the cultural and creative industries.

The event will be attended by representatives from the University of Tirana (UT), the Centre for Education and Development (CED), AAB College, the Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI), the University of Patras (UPatras), the European Creative Hubs Network (ECHN), Lascò (Italy) and the University of Bedfordshire (BED), together with the CNR.

The meeting represents a key moment for all project members, aimed at assessing progress, analysing challenges and identifying possible areas for improvement in the joint work carried out so far. Over the course of two days, the partners will discuss the progress of the various Work Packages, including: Capacity Building for higher education institutions in CCI innovation; innovation and entrepreneurial development in CCIs; the Start-up Booster programme; project management; communication, dissemination and transferability. A session will also be dedicated to risk assessment and mitigation, to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project’s activities.

The meeting is reserved for project partners
