The summer school, promoted by the Institute for Mediterranean Studies of the CNR (ISMed), the Department of Political Science and Communication of the University of Salerno and the Italian Society for Environmental History, is designed as a place for dialogue and discussion between young scholars and established researchers, with a specific focus on environmental history issues.
The school programme includes morning sessions dedicated to methodological presentations by renowned scholars. Afternoons will be reserved for the presentation of original research conducted by students selected through a national call for applications.
The initiative aims to promote the development and strengthening of scientific skills in the field of environmental history, while encouraging the production of original contributions through specialist publications.
