Abstract
L’impatto della pandemia Covid-19 ha lasciato un segno profondo in tutto il settore turistico a livello mondiale, imponendo alle destinazioni un “cambio di rotta” che condurrà alla totale ridefinizione del proprio modello di business.
Il volume Tourism Destination Management in a Post-Pandemic Context intende fornire una panoramica delle sfide affrontate dalle destinazioni turistiche durante e dopo la pandemia, illustrando le tendenze e proponendo nuove soluzioni di gestione, al fine di sviluppare e rafforzare la resilienza contro gli effetti di eventuali pandemie future.
Partendo da quanto appreso durante la pandemia COVID-19, questa collettanea raccoglie una serie di casi utili ad accrescere le conoscenze e competenze in tema di gestione delle destinazioni post-pandemiche.
