The meeting is dedicated to the impact of the coronavirus on Italy's internal balance and international position. More than a revolution, what emerges in the case of our country - as in the case of the rest of the world - is the acceleration of more or less long-term processes that have been going on for years. What emerges in particular is our absence, or the purely cosmetic and agenda-less presence, in theatres close to us and decisive such as Europe and the Mediterranean; the internal faults emerge, even more marked in the management of the emergency from Covid-19 (the North-South and Central Region-Government clashes). All this in a historical phase in which Italy, also by virtue of its geographical location, is disputed between the great powers: the United States, China and Russia.
