A meeting dedicated to the events taking place in the former British colony, which returned to Chinese sovereignty in 1997 and has since been governed by the ambiguous formula "one country, two systems", which today appears to be in crisis. The instability of the Porto Profumato, the gateway between China and the rest of the world, highlights some of Beijing's geopolitical weaknesses, one of which is territorial cohesion. How far do the red lines set by the central government reach in order to safeguard one of its fundamental links?
